Risk Manager, Risk Management, Risk & Resilience

About This Role

This role involves supporting and contributing to Amazon's enterprise risk management (ERM) program as a Risk Manager, International (INTL) within Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) Risk & Resilience (R&R). You will create innovative and scalable solutions to protect Amazon's people, assets, and operations across EMEA and APAC, producing data-driven risk assessments to enable business decision-making on proportionate security controls.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks to Amazon, analyze business impact, and develop actionable treatment plans
• Engage stakeholders to understand new business models and operational programs to ensure a comprehensive risk management approach
• Leverage Gen AI solutions to quickly analyze data, drawing out how different risks and recommended mitigations affect the broader supply chain
• Contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk assessment delivery and loss avoidance
• Work independently within a geographically dispersed team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in security operations or risk management
• Experience managing and analyzing large data sets with Gen AI solutions
• Experience working cross-functionally with a diverse breadth of stakeholders
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Experience in logistics or supply chain management
