Minimum Qualifications
Risk management background; human services or healthcare setting experience preferred
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret incident data and identify patterns
Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within ODP programs and provider network
Analyze incident data and develop risk mitigation strategies
Support policy development related to risk management and safety
