Role Description
The Risk Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pakistan. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across Savari’s operations, products, and strategic initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk analyses, developing and maintaining enterprise risk management frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies. The specialist prepares risk reports and dashboards, supports internal controls and compliance activities, and advises leadership on financial and operational risk exposures. The role also involves staying current with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure Savari’s risk posture remains resilient.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Risk Analysis capabilities to evaluate complex data, scenarios, and potential exposures.
- Candidates should possess Enterprise Risk Management experience to design, implement, and improve organization-wide risk frameworks and processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge to assess the financial impact of risks and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present risk findings clearly, collaborate with stakeholders, and support risk awareness across the organization.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CRM, FRM) are an advantage.
- Experience in risk management, compliance, or financial analysis, preferably within technology, mobility, or AI-driven businesses.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and use risk management tools or analytics software.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive workplace practices.
