🚨 Hiring: Risk Analytics Consultant
📍 Location: Minneapolis, MN
💰 Rate: $43-$44.02/hr
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 3+ days onsite per week
⏰ Overtime: Approximately 5 hours/week may be required
🔎 What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Risk Analytics Consultant 2 with a strong background in finance/accounting, securities or investment accounting, advanced Excel, and regression testing .
This role requires truly advanced Excel skills — not simply general proficiency.
📊 About the Role
In this position, you’ll support Risk Analytics initiatives , analyze tactical assignments and challenges, identify opportunities for process improvement, research potential solutions, and provide recommendations for moderately complex situations.
The role offers the potential for extension , and there is a small possibility of conversion , depending on business needs and performance.
⭐ Key Requirements
- 2+ years of advanced Finance/Accounting experience
- Experience with securities accounting, investment accounting, and bond instruments
- Strong understanding of bond structures and interest/payment calculation methodologies
- 2+ years of advanced Excel experience , including:
- Pivot Tables
- Filtering & Sorting
- Grouping
- Data Import & Parsing
- Text to Columns and similar Excel functionality
- 1+ year of regression testing experience
- SimCorp regression testing experience is preferred
- Experience with Accounting Information Systems
- Experience in Business Systems Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
