The Rig Superintendent is a highly experienced and results-oriented leader within the Operations department, taking overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of assigned rigs. This leadership role encompasses HSE, maintenance, operations, personnel management (including subcontractors), and asset protection and management. The Rig Superintendent fosters a culture of excellence that prioritizes safety and collaboration. They build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient and cost-effective completion.

Relevant Experience
- Proven track record of leading and motivating multiple drilling crews.
- Extensive experience in managing all aspects of wellbore operations.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize drilling performance, reduce costs, and meet project timelines.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and a proven commitment to safety leadership.
- Experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Education / Qualifications
- High School
- Technical Degree in Drilling Technology
- Certifications
- Valid IWCF or IADC well control certificate Supervisor Level
- Additional industry-recognized drilling certifications
