About the role
We are working with the Head of Revenue Cycle of a Private-equity backed Healthcare company based in Monmouth County, NJ. Due to recent growth, they are looking for a dynamic Revenue Cycle Coding Manager to lead the function. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a 401k match AND profit-sharing!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly manage all Coding and HIM staff, including performance management, coaching, and corrective action.
- Establish and enforce productivity expectations; monitor daily output to prevent backlogs.
- Partner with supervisors to align workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Represent Coding Operations in Revenue Cycle meetings and collaborate across departments.
- Communicate with physicians and leadership to address operational needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
- 5+ years of people management experience, including managing large teams.
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Coding, HIM, or healthcare operations
- Proven ability to manage performance, including coaching and corrective action
COMPENSATION:
$95,000 - $110,000
