Job Summary

The Revenue Analyst - Short Stay supports revenue optimization for Rosewood Hong Kong and the short-stay business at K11 ARTUS. The role provides focused analysis across transient segments, including Retail, Negotiated, Qualified, Discount and Wholesale as well as Group and other short-stay segments, with emphasis on pricing, inventory, demand forecasting, business mix and distribution performance.

Working closely with the Complex Director of Revenue Management and Revenue Manager, the position maintains accurate reporting and converts booking, market and channel data into timely recommendations that maximize rooms revenue, profitability and market share while protecting brand positioning and guest experience.

The role supports daily revenue controls, forecasting, commercial reviews and performance reporting, while strengthening data quality, reporting efficiency and fact-based decision-making across the short-stay portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and long-range analysis for Rosewood Hong Kong and K11 ARTUS short-stay performance, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, booking pace, pickup and variance to forecast, budget and prior year.
  • Support pricing, inventory and availability recommendations by reviewing demand, booking windows, room-type patterns, length of stay, restrictions and displacement.
  • Maintain rolling forecasts and clearly identify material risks, opportunities and changes in demand assumptions.
  • Analyze transient, negotiated, wholesale, group and channel performance to support business-mix and segmentation decisions.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, events, consumer trends and other demand generators, and summarize actionable implications.
  • Review direct, GDS, OTA and third-party channel performance, including contribution, rate parity, content accuracy and cost efficiency.
  • Support revenue strategy for need periods, high-demand dates, promotions, groups and key commercial opportunities, including post-activity evaluation where required.
  • Produce accurate performance reports, dashboards and presentation materials for daily revenue discussions and commercial reviews.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, Finance and Operations to validate data and ensure approved pricing and inventory actions are implemented.
  • Support annual budget, business planning and scenario analysis for the short-stay portfolio.
  • Maintain data quality across revenue management, property management, distribution and reporting systems, escalating discrepancies and following through on resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring analysis and improve reporting speed, accuracy and usability.
  • Model Rosewood Hotel Group culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality, business, finance, analytics or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in hotel Revenue Management, reservations, distribution, commercial analytics or a comparable analytical role.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving capability, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of hotel revenue management, property management, distribution and business intelligence systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Opera Cloud, Microsoft Excel; ability to prepare clear reports and translate data into practical recommendations.
  • Effective communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Hong Kong luxury hospitality market is preferred.
