Job Summary
The Revenue Analyst - Long Stay supports revenue optimization for Rosewood Residences and the long-stay business at K11 ARTUS. The role provides focused analysis across extended-stay demand, lease and stay patterns, pricing, inventory, occupancy, length of stay and account performance.
Working closely with the Complex Director of Revenue Management and Complex Director of Residential Marketing, the position maintains accurate reporting and converts market, booking and resident data into timely recommendations that balance occupancy, rate, profitability and the long-term guest experience.
The role supports disciplined forecasting, business planning and performance reviews, while strengthening data quality, reporting efficiency and commercial decision-making across the long-stay portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and long-range analysis for Rosewood Residences and K11 ARTUS long-stay performance, including occupancy, average rate, revenue, length of stay, pace and variance to forecast, budget and prior year.
- Support long-stay pricing and inventory recommendations by reviewing demand patterns, unit-type availability, lease or stay duration, renewal activity, displacement and future occupancy.
- Maintain rolling forecasts and clearly identify material risks, opportunities and changes in demand assumptions.
- Analyze account, source market, unit type and length-of-stay performance to support portfolio mix, pricing and availability decisions.
- Monitor competitor serviced-residence pricing, lease offers, market supply, demand generators and relevant Hong Kong residential trends, and summarize actionable implications.
- Evaluate enquiries, extensions, renewals and need-period opportunities to support sustainable occupancy and rate growth.
- Produce accurate performance reports, dashboards and presentation materials for revenue, commercial and property reviews.
- Partner with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, Finance and Operations to validate data, align assumptions and ensure approved strategies are implemented consistently.
- Support annual budget, business planning and scenario analysis for the long-stay portfolio.
- Maintain data quality across revenue management, property management and related reporting systems, escalating discrepancies and following through on resolution.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring analysis and improve reporting speed, accuracy and usability.
- Model Rosewood Hotel Group culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.
Skills and Experience

Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality, business, finance, analytics or a related discipline is preferred.

Relevant experience in hotel Revenue Management, reservations, distribution, commercial analytics or a comparable analytical role.

Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving capability, with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Working knowledge of hotel revenue management, property management, distribution and business intelligence systems.

Advanced proficiency in Opera Cloud, Microsoft Excel; ability to prepare clear reports and translate data into practical recommendations.

Effective communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Knowledge of the Hong Kong luxury hospitality and extended stay/lease market is preferred
