Responsibilities
- Listen to customers who visit the store
- Appraise branded goods, precious metals, and other items
- Communicate purchase prices to customers
- Register items on a computer and process documents
- Participate in new store launches and act as a coordinator for multiple stores
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welcome to those with no prior experience in the industry or role
- Enjoy talking to people and customer service
- Good listener
- Experience in customer service or sales (e.g., part-time, food service, apparel, reception, office administration, call center)
- Desire to become a store manager in a fast-growing company

Important Details
- Schedule: Shift system between 9:00 and 21:00, 8 hours of actual work, 60-minute break (e.g., 9:30-18:30, 10:00-19:00)
- Average working days: 18 to 20 days per month
- Overtime: Approximately 10 to 20 hours per month
- Training period: 3 months
- Contract: Permanent
- Team: Entry-level staff can aim for store manager in 1 year, and area manager in 3-5 years. Beyond that, there are paths to multi-store coordination or head office roles.
- Travel: Relocation with moving and rent subsidies is required for company-initiated transfers. A "Central Staff" option without transfers is available for those who wish to stay in their local area.
