About This Role
This role involves appraising and purchasing items from customers at a reuse shop, with a focus on customer interaction and administrative tasks. It suits individuals who enjoy talking to people and are looking to grow into a store manager or area manager position within a fast-paced company.
Responsibilities
- Listen to customers who visit the store
- Appraise branded goods, precious metals, and other items
- Communicate purchase prices to customers
- Register items on a computer and process documents
- Participate in new store launches and act as a coordinator for multiple stores
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welcome to those with no prior experience in the industry or role
- Enjoy talking to people and customer service
- Good listener
- Experience in customer service or sales (e.g., part-time, food service, apparel, reception, office administration, call center)
- Desire to become a store manager in a fast-growing company
