What You’ll Do:
- Help customers find phones, accessories, and plans that fit their needs
- Earn commissions by recommending products and services customers love
- Troubleshoot issues and help customers find solutions
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
- Stay up to date on promotions, devices, and exciting new technology
- Help create a positive, energetic environment customers enjoy visiting
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude & strong people skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (but we can train the right person!)
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Someone who enjoys working with people and technology
- Weekend availability required
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
