Important Details

• Schedule: full-time
• New Hire Benefits are effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment
• Employees must work 30 or more hours per week to be eligible for medical and FSA plans
• Working Spouse Rule: You may NOT enroll your spouse for medical coverage with AGR -Red if their employer provides or offers medical coverage. Spousal Health Care Eligibility Affidavit will be required to enroll a spouse.
• Documentation: Eligibility documents must be provided prior to any dependents being added to the medical plan.
• 401(k) Plan: All newly eligible employees will be eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan through T. Rowe Price.
• FSA: All of the money you choose to defer will be available to you on January 1, 2026. However, if you do not use it by March 31, 2027, you will forfeit it back to the company.
• Dependent Care Savings Account: You will forfeit any funds that you have not used by December 31, 2026.
