About This Role
This role is at the heart of the company's retail stores, combining retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations. You will manage and develop a team, ensuring AT&T customers experience best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store
- Manage merchandising and product launches
- Meet and exceed sales objectives
- Ensure customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with products and services
- Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed
- Coach a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
