About the role
- Position: Retail Sales Executive
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:30am - 7pm), Saturday (9:30am - 2pm)
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Marine engine equipment
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate stock availability, deliveries and order fulfilment with warehouse, logistics and operations teams.
- Liaise with Finance, Customer Service and other internal departments to support smooth order-to-cash processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer information and sales documentation.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to support showroom sales conversion.
- Manage dealer accounts and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Monitor outstanding operational matters and resolve order, delivery and customer-service issues.
- Ensure the showroom maintains professional presentation and high customer-service standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant experience in sales administration, sales operations, order processing, customer service or showroom sales would be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM, ERP or order management systems.
