Role Overview:
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with pet parents and their pets, ensuring positive experiences both in-store and online. They maintain store cleanliness, support pet safety and care, and assist with merchandise presentation and sales of products, services, and live pets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist pet parents, answer questions, and process online orders.
- Care for store pets, including feeding, watering, and habitat maintenance.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize products, and support promotional activities.
- Promote special events and ensure a safe environment for all.
- Support various store functions as needed and take action on pet health concerns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
Physical & Work Environment:
