- Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers
- Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions
- Focus on the customer, offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships
- Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Important Details
- Schedule: Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week; part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
