- Promote retail sales by upselling products and explaining features to enhance customer satisfaction
- Support inventory management through accurate data entry and stock replenishment activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or retail store environments with a focus on customer service excellence
- Strong math skills including basic math, retail math, and cash handling procedures
- Experience with data entry, cash management, cashiering, and processing cash transactions accurately
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members
