Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory) are completed
• Keep the store clean, organized, and all styles easily shoppable
• Champion the Famous culture by embodying behaviors that power Customer Connection
• Provide stellar customer engagement, delivering top-notch experiences
• Take accountability for effort and its impact on overall performance
• Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals
• Deliver clear, concise, and timely communications to the entire store team
• Employ active listening to ensure understanding among teammates
• Stick to company policies and procedures, always acting with integrity
• Be open to and seek feedback to improve skillset and further professional development
