Full-Time Retail Sales Associate
$14.00 – $17.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission
We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
- Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
- Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
- Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
- Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
- Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Complete required training and follow company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
- Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
- Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
- Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
- Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
- Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
