patient-centered licensed pharmacists to join our outpatient oncology team. The role involves
dispensing prescriptions accurately, reviewing patient profiles for safety, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy . Responsibilities include
- verifying prescribed medications and dosages
- counseling patients on drug interactions and storage
- managing pharmacy operations using workflow systems
- accepting new prescriptions and adjusting therapies as needed
- The position requires Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, at least 2 years of experience, and MO Medication Therapy Services license. The pharmacist will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and promote patient safety.
