Retail Personnel on cruise ship

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Personnel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Provide detailed product information, demonstrate features, and explain benefits to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising products according to company standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, as well as conducting regular stock counts.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle returns or exchanges professionally and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Stay informed about current promotions, sales events, and product knowledge to better assist customers.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
• Open and close the store as required, following established procedures for cash reconciliation and security checks.
• Can speak and write Japanese
