About the role
Are you a good match? You have solid experience in Excel Analysis, with Python, Power BI and SAC would be an advantage.

You leverage qualitative and quantitative data (financial, operations, sales, etc.) to ensure forecast accuracy .
You are proficient in English, Cantonese and Chinese.
What are we expecting from you? Reporting to Retail Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure KPIs are correctly tracked at market level and boutique level. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and automate these reports for management team and boutique teams.
- Lead Retail and Travel Retail reporting automation projects with HQ and regional performance teams.
- Analyze boutique FTE performance, provide benchmark and insights, and highlight results to boutique managers and management team.
- Prepare presentation decks for monthly Executive Meeting and various office meetings.
- Present business result, analysis and insights to the team where applicable.
- Be the expert and reference in reporting for boutique team and office team, train the boutique staff on KPI and data.
