About the role
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & KPI Tracking and Review:
• Track daily, weekly and monthly store sales data, monitor core retail KPIs including turnover, conversion rate, average transaction value and sell-through rate.
• Consolidate cross-store data reports, conduct regular performance reviews to identify sales gaps.
• Closely co-work with planning on sales achievement and conducting rolling forecast.
• Provide accurate ad-hoc reports. Routine update retail report for management team and stores.
- Sales Performance & Incentive Review:
• Collect individual and store-level performance data, align actual output against target benchmarks.
• Align with brand strategy to propose and work-out monthly, quarterly, and annual retail incentive scheme.
• Track and collect incentive efficiency and collect feedback from retail sales team for improvement action taken.
• Align with brand key strategy to implement strategic program to retail and closely monitor efficiency, collect feedback and take actions needed.
• Other Ad-hoc retail performance reports need.
- Store Operations:
• Support the implementation of Retail Excellence through close communication with stores.
• Communicate and coordinate store operation related topics with cross functional team.
• Support LP and finance to arrange stock take and conduct internal audit.
• Being self-motivated and do considerable thinking to better support retail team by improving operation tools and process accordingly.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree and above, preferred major in business management, marketing, statistics
• At least 2-3 years’ work experience in retail industry, luxury is a plus
• Exhibit proficiency in computer programs used by the Company including Word, Excel, PPT
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively
• Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment, work under pressure
• Energetic, open, responsible, and forthcoming attitude
• Entrepreneurial with analytical mindset; ability to drive forward with goals independently
• English skill requested: reading and writing
