Retail Merchandiser

About This Role

Connecting people with products and experiences that enrich their lives is the purpose of this retail merchandiser role. You will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs, helping to shape the future of shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided
