Retail Merchandiser

About This Role

This role involves providing in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs. It includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. The position suits an enthusiastic and outgoing individual who is comfortable interacting with customers and management.

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
