Representing hundreds of beloved brands, the Merchandising Specialist brings top brands to life in stores across the community, helping to create better shopping experiences for everyone. This role involves working hands-on with a wide variety of products, from magazines and candy to cosmetics and health essentials, ensuring shelves are stocked and customers are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Locate and stock merchandise from the backroom onto the sales floor
• Keep shelves looking sharp by front-facing, organizing, and maintaining product displays
• Set up eye-catching displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials
• Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions
• Use a smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required
• Represent Premium with professionalism in each assigned store and build positive relationships with retail partners

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work every time
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps, step-by-step instructions, and reporting tools
• Enjoy working independently and managing your own schedule while still being accountable
• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to producing accurate, efficient results
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and complete tasks thoroughly and on time
• Smartphone with reliable data service and a functional camera
• Minimum 18 years of age or older
• Consistency, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable moving around the store, organizing products, and lifting or stocking items as needed
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete app-based reporting accurately
