Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventories at store locations to verify inventory balances
• Utilize a handheld scanner to count merchandise accurately
• Follow company audit procedures to ensure compliance with FirstCash policies
• Assess potential risks and quality concerns during store audits
• Collaborate with Store Managers to review and communicate audit results
• Work independently while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies
• Travel regularly and participate in full-team audits when necessary

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Auditing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, or Warehouse/Logistics (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with store teams and management
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/retail environment and handling merchandise
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with no major offenses
• Availability to work from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as needed
• Willingness to travel out of town up to 50% of the time (typically 4-5 nights every 2-3 weeks)
