Job Summary
Our client is a high-end kitchen and bath showroom offering customers a comprehensive shopping and design experience. The Retail Design and Sales Consultant provides personalized design and sales expertise, helping customers experience the brand while exceeding their expectations throughout the buying process.
The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, passionate about kitchen and bath design, and has a strong professional sales background.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the entire sales and design process.
- Drive sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales and gross margin goals.
- Follow up on incoming leads and actively generate new business opportunities.
- Manage customers and sales from the beginning of the project through completion.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized product and design recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail throughout each project.
- Work effectively in a collaborative, team-selling, and service-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate, trade, or design school education preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interest or experience in kitchen and bath design, luxury home products, or related industries preferred.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
