Retail Assistant | Basic 2.2 k - 2.5k + Attractive Commission + PB
- Working days: 6 days work week (include weekends) | 12pm - 9pm
- Working location : Town Area
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and engage customers at assigned retail outlets.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Hurom or Leifheit products based on their requirements.
- Demonstrate products confidently and clearly explain key features, benefits, and product differences.
- Communicate current promotions, bundles, discounts, and product offers accurately.
- Build customer confidence and guide customers towards completing their purchase.
- Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned individual and outlet sales targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Hurom and Leifheit products, new launches, pricing, and promotions.
- Keep the immediate product display neat and presentable while serving customers.
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and conduct while representing the company and brands.
