Part Time Position 2 Days/week 8a-4p And Every Other Weekend Restorative Aide Job Summary: Premier Genesee, a leading senior care provider located in Batavia, NY, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Aide to join our team. As a Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their optimal outcomes through rehabilitation and restorative care. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Restorative Aide Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of restorative care programs, including exercises, activities, and routines designed to promote resident independence and mobility
- Work closely with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct therapy exercises and activities under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Document resident progress and report any changes or concerns to the rehabilitation team
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and ambulating
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies
Restorative Aide Requirements:
- Current Certified Nurse Aide Certification in New York
