Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner

Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions

Process payments using cash handling procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and production areas

Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:

Previous experience in sales, preferably within the food industry

Knowledge of culinary practices and menu items

Familiarity with Par POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus

Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
