As the brand ambassador, the Café Manager is responsible for driving a cafe, while developing a crew that serves customers with unparalleled hospitality. The ideal candidate must align with the culture and values of the brand while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Servsafe® Certification preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS
Shift lead's can expect to have a 25-30 hour work week, dictated by the needs of the business.
- Some early mornings, weekend mornings, and/or holiday hours and will have additional opening responsibilities.
- Leads Crew Members by demonstrating Tropical Smoothie Cafes core values in all interactions.
- Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.
- Fun, fast paced, upbeat environment with no fryers!
- Comfortable with a high level of change
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
