Restaurant Shift Leader / Team Leader

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead Daily Operations: Direct floor workflow, manage peak rushes with speed and precision, and assign shift tasks.
- Coach & Develop: Guide and motivate crew members to maintain high performance and exceptional customer service.
- Ensure Standards: Oversee store cleanliness, food prep quality, and food safety standards.
- Hands-On Support: Work alongside the crew—dressing subs, firing up hot cheesesteaks on the grill, operating registers, and slicing fresh meats and cheeses.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (Required to operate slicer per Federal Law).
- Leadership Experience: Prior experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, Keyholder, or Restaurant Team Lead preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, reliability, problem-solving skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Availability: Open availability preferred (including weekends).
