Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during morning or night shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards while maintaining food safety protocols.
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation.
- Control inventory levels by monitoring stock.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation standards, and safety procedures across all areas of the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience for all guests.
