Restaurant Sales & Community Engagement Director | Chick-fil-A Experience Required

Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch is looking for an experienced Chick-fil-A leader to grow restaurant and catering sales through local outreach, strategic partnerships, and community engagement. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with local organizations, and turning those relationships into measurable sales growth.

The central purpose of this role is to generate measurable restaurant sales by building relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, healthcare providers, first responders, sports organizations, and community groups.

The right person will be comfortable walking into a local business, introducing Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch, identifying partnership opportunities, and following through professionally. This person must also be organized enough to track activity, measure results, manage administrative responsibilities, and provide clear updates to the Operator and Leadership Team.

Previous Chick-fil-A experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a local sales-growth plan in partnership with the Operator.
• Proactively visit businesses, schools, churches, fire stations, healthcare providers, sports organizations, and other community partners.
• Build relationships that generate catering orders, recurring business, events, Spirit Nights, and other sales opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new catering accounts and community partnerships.
• Conduct product sampling and local outreach activities designed to create measurable sales.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing partners.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch confidently and professionally throughout the community.
• Plan and execute local events, promotions, sponsorships, and partnership activities.
• Develop campaigns that increase restaurant traffic, catering sales, and community awareness.
• Coordinate visits and events with schools, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and community groups.
• Ensure every initiative reflects Chick-fil-A brand standards and the restaurant’s commitment to hospitality.
• Support social media as a tool for promoting local partnerships, events, and restaurant growth; however, content creation is not the primary purpose of this position.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, contacts, partnership opportunities, catering leads, sales, expenses, and invoices.
• Track the results and return on investment of campaigns, events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
• Provide clear, professional updates to the Operator regarding completed activities, current opportunities, results, and recommended next steps.
• Use sales data and restaurant trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Operator and Leadership Team to execute restaurant priorities.
• Coordinate and lead team members supporting marketing, catering, and community events.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Chick-fil-A products, procedures, hospitality standards, and food-safety expectations.
• Support restaurant operations when business needs require it.

Required Qualifications:

• At least two years of Chick-fil-A experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated understanding of Chick-fil-A hospitality, operational standards, culture, and brand expectations.
• Confidence initiating conversations and building relationships with business and community leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare organized, professional updates for senior leadership.
• Strong administrative, planning, follow-up, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working toward measurable sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to attend community events or partnership activities outside traditional business hours when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Catering sales, outside sales, community outreach, marketing, or business-development experience.
• Experience organizing events or developing local partnerships.
• Experience tracking sales activity, budgets, campaign results, or performance metrics.
• Experience presenting recommendations or business updates to an Operator or senior leader.

Compensation:

• $28 per hour
• This role is earn a monthly bonus equal to 1% of eligible net catering sales.
• Full-time, hourly position
