What You’ll Do
- Lead daily shift operations in both Front of House and Back of House environments
- Support and coach Team Members to maintain high performance and hospitality standards
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees
- Help ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained
- Communicate effectively with guests, leaders, and team members during busy meal periods
- Monitor shift execution, labor flow, and task completion throughout the day
- Set the tone for a positive, encouraging, and team-oriented culture
- Step into multiple operational positions as needed to support the team
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior Chick-fil-A experience strongly preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant or customer service environment required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while remaining calm and professional under pressure
- Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- Must be dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Schedule Expectations
- Full-time availability preferred
- Must be flexible with opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required
