Managing the overall operations of a Subway restaurant is the core of this role, leading a team dedicated to serving nutritious meals. This position suits an energetic leader with a passion for fresh food and a commitment to healthy living, overseeing everything from inventory to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform and direct overall store management
• Plan and post staff work schedules
• Maintain business records as outlined in the SUBWAY Operations Manual
• Analyze business records to increase sales
• Communicate changes of food preparations formulas and standards
• Support local and national marketing initiatives
• Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed
• Recruit, manage and reward staff as needed
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
• Plan special events and promotions
• Complete coursework on the University of SUBWAY as directed

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• For Restaurant Manager role, minimum 2 years of relevant experience in QSR and in a supervisory role
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Problem solving skills and result oriented
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Good communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of people
• Matured and shows good leadership skills
• Responsible, trustworthy and high integrity
• Willing to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays
