About This Role

This Restaurant Manager role involves taking ownership of the general running of a new drive-thru restaurant, elevating the customer experience, developing the team through coaching and training, and managing inventory and financial aspects. The manager will be accountable for overall quality, adherence to procedures, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Exceptional communication skills
• Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability
