This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management, team leadership, and financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations while developing and inspiring a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency.
- Drive sales growth through exceptional guest experiences and operational execution.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Partner with culinary leadership to maintain menu quality and consistency.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and hospitality.
- Analyze financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service, culinary execution, staffing, and guest engagement.
- Demonstrated success in team development, coaching, and retention.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, food costs, and profitability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
