Duties

- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing food safety practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management in a restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with bartending operations.
- Previous experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are required.
