Responsibilities

• Perform kitchen duties including cooking, preparation, pre-processing, and plating
• Manage hygiene and sanitation
• Provide service to customers
• Assist with store and facility operations
• Challenge broader tasks such as store operations and customer service
• Support store operations (once accustomed to the role)
• Guide and support on-site staff as Kitchen Leader
• Assist with store operations as Manager/Assistant Store Manager
• Manage overall store operations as Store Manager

Requirements

• Experience working in a restaurant (employment type and years of experience do not matter)
