Role: Float Pool Nurse
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions upon admission and during shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform medical procedures, monitor patient responses, and document care thoroughly.
- Administer medications, respond to patient needs, and educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver personalized, compassionate care aligned with nursing standards.
- Act as patient advocate, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and outstanding patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice or a compact state.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), PALS (within 6 months), NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days).
- Passion for patient-centered care, strong communication, and teamwork skills.

- Provide high-quality nursing care across various units as needed.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all care activities.
