Rise Electrical is a Christchurch-based electrical company with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. We specialise in residential renovations, upgrades and servicing, while also working across new builds and residential electrical projects.
We're looking for a qualified Residential / Servicing Electrician to join the team in a full-time position.
This is a great opportunity for an electrician who is motivated and keen to keep learning, with the opportunity to develop your skills through ongoing training and upskilling.
The Role
Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, you'll be involved in a varied mix of residential electrical work, including:
- Residential new builds.
- Electrical fault finding and repairs.
- Residential servicing and maintenance.
- Renovations and electrical upgrades.
- Heat pump installation.
- Working directly with customers and delivering a high standard of workmanship.
- Supporting the team across a range of residential projects.
About You
We're looking for a qualified electrician who is reliable, practical and keen to continue developing their skills.
You will have:
- A New Zealand electrical qualification/licence.
- A current driver's licence.
- Residential electrical experience.
- Heat pump installation experience.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, hardworking attitude.
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and grow your knowledge.
You don't need to know everything - we're looking for someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn and make the most of the opportunities available.
