This night-shift post involves providing direct and indirect services to individuals and groups of members served in a crisis residential treatment program. The role is for a full-time residential counselor working with adults experiencing a mental health crisis.
Telecare's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. Serenity House is a 13-bed, short-term intensive Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) program serving adult residents of San Mateo County who are experiencing a mental health crisis. The program operates 24-hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The goal of the program is to help clients experiencing acute psychiatric distress avoid inpatient hospitalization and emergency services, regain their stability, and begin working toward longer-term recovery goals.
