This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses. The Residential Counselor supports individuals with brain injuries in a community-based residential program, helping them build independence, develop meaningful relationships, and live fulfilling lives. This role involves assisting individuals in developing daily living skills, making choices, participating in community activities, and achieving greater independence.
