Candidate Profile

You hold an MD or DO degree.

You are currently entering or are in the early stages of your final year of an ENT residency or fellowship.

Preference will be given to candidates currently training in or residing in the New York area.

Compensation and Future Outlook

Hourly compensation during the program phase typically ranges from 39.60 to 59.86. Upon transitioning to full time practice, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including incentive programs, retirement contributions, and equity opportunities.
