About This Role

This role involves providing in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs. It includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. The position suits a motivated individual ready to contribute to shaping future shopping experiences.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver
• Enjoy physical work of moving, bending, standing, squatting and can lift up to 74 lbs.
• Open to visiting multiple stores within a week
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, store staff, and customers
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
