Position: Scientific & Laboratory Operations Specialist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $40 - $50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze scientific figures, laboratory reports, and experimental results for accuracy and clarity.
  • Assess dashboards and scientific visualizations, providing expert feedback on integrity and presentation.
  • Create rubrics and evaluation stems for interpreting complex industry documents and visual data.
  • Interpret and summarize complex scientific information to support AI training dataset development.
  • Document observations, highlight inconsistencies, and recommend improvements for scientific accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Have strong relevant experience in scientific, laboratory, research, manufacturing, or quality environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate scientific figures, experiment results, and technical publications.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills applied to complex scientific content.
  • Proficiency in reviewing dashboards, charts, and scientific visualizations for accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, focusing on clear documentation and feedback.
