- We’re looking for Junior Data Analyst with practical knowledge in Python to:
- able to apply data science and statistical techniques to real problems,
- well organized and dependable,
- able to turn large datasets into an asset across the organization,
- able to collect and combine data from multiple sources,
- analyze it for insights and produce great visuals
Your Expertise
- data processing and programming skills in Python including knowledge of libraries used for data analysis / data science,
- experience in data analysis and data science techniques,
- knowledge of statistical and econometric techniques: time series (stationarity), clustering, regression, variable methods selection, out of sample testing,
- good practical understanding of SQL,
- understanding of NLP techniques would be a benefit,
- the ability to deliver under time pressure and work independently,
- Excellent written and oral English
- High degree of proactivity and creativity
- Willingness to collaborate and work in a team
- Ability to take ownership of projects and processes for continuous improvement
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible approach on working hours and work timings
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Python for data analysis using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn
- Strong knowledge of data science and statistical techniques (regression, clustering, time series analysis)
- Experience with econometric methods (variable selection, out-of-sample testing, stationarity)
- Skilled in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Ability to collect, combine, and clean data from multiple sources
- Proficient in creating data visualizations and dashboards
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs and timelines
