Research and Development

About This Role

Researching and developing new projects is at the core of this role, following instructions and standard operating procedures. The position involves controlling material usage, maintaining a clean workspace, and analyzing and reporting R&D needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions and instructions from the SPV and superiors
• Conduct research and trial projects in accordance with SOPs and directions from superiors
• Control the use of materials for research and trials
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area before and after work
• Conduct analysis and reporting of needs required by the R&D department

Requirements

• Minimum S1 education in Food Technology/Agricultural Technology
• Minimum 1 year of experience in R&D/QCQA. Fresh graduates with internship/training experience in the same field are welcome
• Honest, innovative, organized, thorough, and good at problem-solving
• Able to work independently and as part of a team effectively and efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
